You can tell that a lot of heart and soul has gone into this hotel, it is designed with great attention to detail, you feel well picked up from the first minute and leave with a nice feeling. It is in a quiet location and you have the opportunity to set out on foot by bike or by car to your excursion destinations. The leisure activities in the hotel were good for me, I love yoga that was offered every day in a beautiful yoga house, there were tips for excursions, whether for hiking or sightseeing. Those who love the sauna will find a lovingly designed wellness landscape. Whether it is the heated outdoor pool or the swimming pond to cool off (in this time of year), the relaxation rooms, the massage area ... etc. A large fitness room is also available but we didn't use it. Our room was well furnished with a nice bathroom, a good hair dryer, and an extra toilet. The closets had plenty of hangers and plenty of space to store his belongings. We only had a small problem with the bed because it was a little too hard for us. But that is because we have been water bed sleepers for years and are therefore not used to this degree of hardness. You look forward to the time to get up. :-) We were enthusiastic about the food, the quality of the food, the preparation and variety. A lot of effort has been made to create a pleasant atmosphere despite Corona in order to be able to enjoy the very good food accordingly. The vegetarian and vegan cuisine was also very tasty, I was always full and left the table with a grin. A big thank you also to the service staff, whether cleaning, reception, kitchen or restaurant, they all went out of their way to ensure the well-being of us guests. And tries to fulfill every wish. The staff I spoke to were happy to work here, which was also evident in the quality of their work.

SPA is okay, treatments are good. Rooms are furnished in a rather cold way, lacking decoration. We had the wild rose room category. Staff very tight. In the evening you look in vain for the waiter. For example, our waiter served at the bar. Food average.

Conclusion on a week's vacation at the Hotel Lindenwirt: Spacious, modern room with a beautiful view of the area. Excellent sauna area with lots of cozy resting places. Great pool and swimming pond. Cuisine delicious and varied with many regional and organic products. Service courteous. But the construction noise is negative. We were informed in advance about "temporary noise from renovation". However, in the end it was noisy all week, except Sunday, due to some construction work! We had a nice Urlsun and recommend the hotel to others. Nevertheless, we would have preferred clearer advance information.

It started out promisingly, excellent cuisine, which however does not replace the recreational value that one expects from a wellness hotel in this price range. One was rudely awakened by excavators or construction noise, which continued throughout the day except for a short lunch break. In the afternoon we broke off our vacation. Unfortunately, we were not advised of such construction noise when booking. It's a shame - otherwise we wouldn't have booked.

Nice hotel with a great wellness area, inside and outside. Excellent food, friendly staff. Also suitable for families with children, which was also actively used here. Unfortunately, we personally could not ventilate the room well, which is not an advantage for allergy sufferers. Also no mosquito screens on the window. When asked at the front desk, we were told that this had been generally difficult the last few days. For information: It had rained for two days, or below 26 degrees, so ventilation in the room or in the restaurant should have been possible. In the dandelion room only one person can use the bathroom, as it is very small (although double room). We are used to different from other 4 * hotels. Here you should perhaps book a higher category. Likewise, one was not informed about the construction site next to the pool and pond before arrival.

Hotel Lindenwirt in the Bavarian Forest is one of the leading ⭐⭐⭐⭐S Hotels in the region. In a secluded location you will find peace and relaxation for body and mind. A very attentive service and extremely friendly staff, a very good kitchen, varied dishes and a large health and wellness area complete the offer. A break is a pleasure here. The hotel is really very nice and the staff courteous and friendly. A real disaster, however, is the construction site directly at the swimming pond and pool. The noise is extremely annoying, which is why it is unfortunately difficult to relax. Unfortunately we were not informed beforehand and that hurts a lot at the price when you came to relax ...

Great hotel, but unfortunately the building noise was really loud, no apology or anything else from the hotel management, had the feeling that we shouldn't talk about it, in the email we received before, there was renovation work in the fitness room, which was woken up by excavators and trucks is or is sounded the whole day, there was nothing, I fully understand the expansion work but nothing was said, so that one would probably have rebooked

Was there with three friends, for the first time, on the recommendation of my sister-in-law. The days were very relaxing, the food was great, only once the cannelloni were not edible, rock hard. The complaint was unfortunately not taken note of, therefore a star deduction. Apart from that, all employees there always try to respond to all requests, regardless of whether they are maids, reception, wait staff, etc. You feel so well looked after! Perhaps it should be clear in the brochure that there is no refrigerator in the room. The meal times are set so that you almost always get something to eat. Weight gain guaranteed;)

Great spa hotel it just fits everything

Very great wellness hotel, I can recommend it to everyone. Staff is nice, friendly and accommodating. The food is great, also nice with the themed evenings, you can never get enough of it and the desserts only (Hmmm delicious :)) Even if you have any intolerances, just register, tell the staff and in some cases you will even get something extra cooked :) A clear plus! I was really very satisfied and relaxed on this holiday, if I could give more stars I would do it here! :)
